We are an international group of professionals experienced in complementary domains: architecture, construction, urban development, education, culture, sustainable economic development, and communication. We love nature and the diversity of the cultures of the Caucasus. We jointly design and implement initiatives and projects for a better future.
We rethink development options in the Caucasus. Sustainable development is crucial for its inhabitants to address today’s local, regional, and global challenges. We are aiming to propose and present new models and solutions for communities, villages, and cities in mountainous spaces that can stimulate innovation, education, and collective approaches for new ways of development, doing business, and employment.
A key feature in the sustainability strategy which we envisage is the circular economy in agriculture, tourism, and the construction industry as well as in water, energy, waste management, and mobility. It accelerates the transition into a more sustainable and circular society based on solidarity, enabling improved framework conditions for the Caucasus inhabitants to protect their livelihoods and preserve natural resources. In implementation we are committed to principles such as “Small is beautiful” (E.F. Schuhmacher, 1973 - economics) and the Sustainable Development Goals, the SDGs (UN 2030 Agenda, 2015).
