The Sustain Caucasus Iternational Alliance and its members are committed to the principles laid down in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN for:

SCIA is engaged with its Georgian and international partners in development projects in its core competence areas.
Georgia Organic – Farming for the Future
Strengthening agrarian organisations and associations to promote organic agriculture and products thhrough know-how transfer and networking for selected agricultural associations and organizations in Georgia such as ELKANA, the Georgian Famers’ Association, the Women Farmers’ Association according to the new EU regulation via educational offers. Advisory services for the organic production of selected agricultural products are developed together with the Natural Wine Association, the Georgian Organic Tea Producers associations and via exchange and communication with the market partners and stakeholders.
The project is implemented by Naturland e.V. the German organic farming association, financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and administered by sequa, a globally active development organisation focusing on private sector development. SCIA is the cooperation partner of Naturland e.V. in Georgia since 2021. The partnership project is continuing until 2025.
